Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the information provided, including location, property type, service needed, access, condition and timing. If the job differs materially from the original details, the scope or price may need to be reviewed before work starts.

Access and safety

Clients are responsible for providing safe access, accurate property details and any important information about pets, keys, parking, hazards or restricted areas before a visit.

Service standards

Omni Professional aims to provide reliable, practical cleaning support shaped around the agreed scope. Specialist work, heavy build-up, carpets, ovens or time-sensitive handover cleans should be discussed before booking.
