Use this list to tell us what you want help with. The tasks for your visit are agreed with you, rather than assuming every home needs the same work.

Extra work to discuss

Mention carpets, kitchen appliances or decluttering separately so we can agree what is needed and allow the right time.

Before the visit

Tell us about pets, how we will get access, household routines and any surfaces that need special care. Regular visits can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Is this a fixed list of everything included?

No. It is a starting point for agreeing the tasks in your home. We confirm the work and time with you before the visit.

Can I ask for different priorities?

Yes. Tell us which rooms or tasks you want to focus on when arranging the clean.

Do I need to supply equipment?

We bring the products and equipment needed for the agreed regular clean.
