Choosing a regular cleaner

Start with the jobs you want taken off your hands and how often they need doing. Then agree a routine that gives enough time for them.

Frequency and time

Omni offers weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleaning, with a 90-minute minimum visit. The time needed depends on your rooms, how they are used and the tasks you want covered.

The cleaning priorities

List the tasks you want help with, starting with the most important. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and dusting are common priorities. Let us know if the first visit needs more attention than a regular maintenance clean.

People, products and access

We bring the products and equipment for the agreed work and aim to send the same cleaner where possible. Cover may be arranged for leave. Tell us about pets, household routines, delicate surfaces and how the cleaner will get access.

Can I choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits?

Yes. We will discuss the amount of work and check availability for your preferred schedule.

Should the first visit be a deep clean?

Not every home needs one. Describe the current condition and any build-up so we can agree the right starting point.

Will the same cleaner come each time?

We aim to arrange the same cleaner where possible, with cover when they are away.
